From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'BroadHaven' emerged from a humble vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. Established by the Moretti household in 1985, our little pizzeria began as a quaint family venture with generations-old recipes.
Marco Moretti, our progenitor, honed her pizza-crafting skills across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizza makers in Naples - the cradle of pizza. When she returned to the UK, her aim was to offer the authentic taste of Italian pizza, drawing on age-old traditions and the best raw materials.
Starting as a modest pizza shop with just 12 seats, we've turned into a cherished neighborhood gem, yet our devotion to quality and genuineness stays constant. We maintain our wood-firing baking techniques, prepare our dough freshly each day, and seek out the finest ingredients available.
Now, 'BroadHaven' is still under family control, with the Moretti lineage's new generation at the helm of our zealous crew. Though some modern touches have been welcomed, the essence of our mission endures: to craft delectable, genuine pizza that gathers families and friends.
